Some are then stored in the warehouse until sold at which point it is brought back into the lab for a complete testing and the issuing of the 'CAL/CERT'. Others already have a 'CAL/CERT' issued before being placed in the warehouse. Though rare it is possible for the item to be found during the 'CAL/CERT' process to have a defect not apparent in the initial operational examination. At this point the item is fully reconditioned with the defect corrected... HOWEVER there are times the item my not be repairable or the manufacturer no longer has a part needed to correct the problem. We stock most parts here but there are the times we need to order it and it could happen the part is unavailable.
