Tektronix TM515 w/ DM502A SC502 DC508 FG502 The TM515 Power Module/Mainframe provides five slots and is designed to supply all power required for the TM500-Series plug-ins. Can be used in the lab or the field, just snap on the front & back covers to protect the plug-ins and it s ready to go! 6.8"H x 15"W x 20"D. The DM502A Digital Multimeter measures seven different functions with push-button convenience. Measures DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current , dB, resistance and temperature. True RMS provides more accuracy in AC measurements on distorted, noisy, random or other non-sinusoidal AC waveforms. Resistance mode features HI-LO voltage (2 V to 0.2 V). Requires Tek TM-Series Power Module. Temperature probe not included. The SC502 provides 15MHz bandwidth and dual trace with both normal and automatic triggering capabilities. Features include a maximum sweep rate of 20 ns and for increased versatility, the SC502 provides a very wide vertical sensitivity range (1 mV to 20 V/division). The DC508A Counter, designed to operated in a TM500-Series Mainframe, measures frequency from 10 Hz to 1.3 GHz. A 9 digit LED display shows frequency or total events from 0 to 999,999,999. The decimal point is automatically positioned and leading zeros suppressed. The FG502 Function Generator Plug-In provides low distortion sine, square, triangle, positive and negative pulse and ramp waveforms. Frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 11 MHz.
