This digital planer gauge will give you precise answers in decimal inches and millimeters to 3 places, and fractional inches to 1/32". Fractions are displayed using "Precise Fraction Technology", a method that gives 4 times the accuracy of other fractional readouts. Gauge measures stock up to 6" (155mm) thick, and is accurate to +/- 1/500" in fractions, +/- .025" in decimal inches, and +/- .05 in mm. Calibration takes seconds, and the Constant Memory function retains cailibration even when the unit is off. Works with Delta, DeWalt, Ridgid, Ryobi, Makita, Craftsman, and other models of portable planers and stationary planers.
