USED (slightly) U. S. INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE, MODEL US44-6, WITH CNC 2-AXIS CONTROL This machine was born in the factory in 2004. It was sold in 2005. It was traded in for a larger machine in 2006. It has seen very little use. LOOK at the PIC for specs on this machine Capacity is 44 tons, bed length is over 6' Please READ the information below !! We have the BOOKS with this machine. We also have the Instructional DVD that come with this machine. We have powered up this machine and gone thru the manufactures checklist. It has been calibrated and deemed to be in very good condition. The paint is pretty good, but it IS NOT perfect. There are a few "stains" on the punch/die and exposed metal surfaces. Observations on this Press Brake: * It comes with SICK 4000 Light Curtains * It comes with the color graphic control feature * It has a gooseneck punch and a multiple opening die on the bed * The ram clamps for the punch takes standard American tooling with no safety tang * The bed has a standard slot to accept standard die tang * There are three fingers on the backgauge, with manual adjustment up/down * Backgauge is CNC with 0.01" programming resolution, about 20" of travel * Ram is programmable in 0.1 degree increments * Installation/training is AVAILABLE from factory for a FEE. * Parts can be purchased domestically, most parts are in stock.
