These are Bi-Color LED's that are internally connected in opposite polarity, thus Red with current flowing in one direction, and Green with current flowing in the opposite direction. They will display a Yellow color with an AC current applied. Use pulse-width modulation and the full range of colors from Red, thru Yellow, to Green will be generated as the pulse width is varied.
