For sale are ten pieces of titanium tubing with 8 millimeter (0.31 inch or 5/16th of an inch) outer diameter and 1.0 millimeter (0.04 inch, 1/25th of an inch) wall thickness. The exact lengths are: 50.0 centimeters; 48.6 cm; 48.0 cm; 46.8 cm; 39.9 cm; 38.9 cm; 35.1 cm; 28.8 cm; 20.2 cm and 3.3 cm. This is Russian aerospace surplus titanium, fairly soft and can be bent or machined pretty much like low carbon steel. X-ray fluorescence analysis indicates 99+% purity, the only other detectable component is Aluminum (0.5-1.0%). The weight of this material is about 103 grams per meter (31 grams per foot).
