Voyager Technologies WSST-300 ESD Electrostatic Discharge Ground strap Tester station. Unit is tested functional, needs new 9V battery. Tests 100 meg ohm and 10 Mohm upper limits, chosen via rear panel switch.
unit is missing one screw, but works fine.
