Sine, square, and triangle waveforms (50% duty cycle) 1 mHz to 50.00 MHz with an accuracy of ±0.001% Pulse and ramp waveforms from 1 mHz to 20 MHz Voltage ranges from 10.0 mV p-p to 10.0 V p-p into 50 Ohms and 2.00 V p-p to 20.0 V p-p open circuit DC offset up to ± 5 Volts into 50 Ohms, ± 10 Volts open circuit Operating modes: Normal, VCO (external), Triggered, Gated, Burst, FM Option 002 AM Modulation and Frequency Sweep Condition: Reconditioned and Performance Tested to meet manufacturers specifications. Clean unit inside and out. Physically inspected, hardware re-torqued, connectors treated with a preservative, controls and switches lubricated as appropriate, power supply electrolytics tested, battery replaced.
