TWO Lead safety containers (pigs) for small quantities of radioactive material used in research. The total dimesions of a closed container are 8 cm x 5 cm. Total weight 14 ounces The lead part has the square-shaped nest which measures 28 mm x 28 mm. The container's walls (lead part) measure 9mm in the thickest part and 3mm in the thinnest. Manufactured by DuPont (brand name NENSURE or NEN). Used to transport the isotopes of S35, P32, P33, I125 and some others. They are clean, the wipes are taken and shown normal background. Good to store isotopes, small radioactive minerals or Geiger counter calibration standards. The square-shaped interior nest has the height 35 mm on the corners. Then there are additional 10 mm height of round walls, - this is all for the lower part of the pig. The top part (the screw lid) has a lead continuation for another 22-23 mm height.
