Exhaust Blower, single phase, 220v, 500 CFM. 4. 800,000 BTU Maxon Ovenpak Burner with UL/FM gastrain. 5. Fully modulated temperature control system with cycle timer, end of cycle alarm, and safety interlocks on exhaust and recirculation blowers. 6. Heavy Duty insulated double door system (3/16" frames) with safety latches (on one end of oven only). 7. STANDARD 11 gauge floor (non-insulated). 9. Firebox made of 3/16" plate steel. 11.
