Curtis 802RB12BN0010 charge indicator and hour meter. Install this electronic fuel gauge on your lift trucks and other electric vehicles to show the condition of the battery. The display flashes at 70% discharge and indicates empty at 80% discharge (accuracy is ±2%). Indicators also have a 6-digit hour meter that monitors use throughout the life of equipment. They have a glass lens and fit a 2 1/16" diameter panel cutout. Overall size is 2.3" Dia. x 2.53" Dp. Furnished with ready-to-mount quick-disconnect terminals with a tab size of 0.25" Wd. x 0.032" thick. Very handy, I have used them to make sure my expensive battery operated scissor lift was recharged before the battery ran down too much. It worked! Most people who use battery operated tools and vehicles are smart enough to respond to this "Tank Level" type indication, and just naturally put the charger on when the tank gets low. Very intuitive. Also, the hour meter is very handy, and shows the cumulative hours of operation. Great for maintenance intervals. You can wire up the hour meter or not, your option. The parasitic load is very low, meaning this thing does not drain your batteries very much when it's on. 35 mA with a peak of 58 mA. Maximum hours = 99,999.9 hours. LED light bar is 10 lamps, some green "ok", some yellow "warning", and some red to warn you that you are shortening the life of your battery. Panel cutout is round 2-1/16", and easy to install with the included hardware and crimp-style terminal connectors. New cost = $165.96
