Square D GFCI. This is the Qwik-Gard GFRP115 ground fault circuit interrupter. It is mounted in an enclosure and comes with a 10' 12-3 SO cord. This works and has been tested. I don't think that the instructions mounted inside the cover have anything to do with the current setup of the box enclosure so disregard them. Please add us to your FAVORITE SELLERS list. Thanks.
