Listed is an Oxygen/Acetylene torch head handle. It is a Victor brand and they have a great reputation for high quality welding and cutting tools. This is Model # 315 FC This handle is used. It was in great working condition when I removed it from service and its been sitting in my shop unused for the last 2 years. I now have a new torch setup and do not need this anymore.
