This is 94+/- copied pages of an Onan EK-EM Genset Service Manual 928-0505, 12-95. EK - Begin Spec D, EM - Begin Spec W. This service manual is for the EK and EM series gasoline and gaseous fuel generator sets. It includes engine and generator troubleshooting guides. Engine Service instructions are in the applicble engine service manual. Operating and maintenance instructions are in the applicable Operator's Manual. This manual does not have instructions for servicing printed circui board assemblies. This manual contains basic (generic) wiring diagrams and schematics that are included to help in troubleshooting. I will be more than happy to order any manual (s) that I don't have.
