You are looking on a 200mm Blanket PolySilicon (Poly) Wafer. Polysilicon (Poly) Polycrystalline silicon; extensively used as conductor/gate materials in a highly doped state. Poly films are typically deposited using high-temperature CVD technology. · A CVD Polysilicon layer has been deposited on the single crystal silicon wafer. The thickness of PolySi is not sure. The color of the surface might be from light red, yellow to blue, which depend on the thickness of PolySi layer and other material doping (please see the picture). · Smooth mirror surface with nanometer level surface roughness. · Great to be used as gift, display object, exhibition, educating demonstration, testing, decoration or your collection. · The wafer looks like new and is well packaged so that you could use it as research too. · You should keep the wafer in a clean, dry condition to avoid the surface pollution and scratching.
