This micrometer is used but in excellent working condition, very acurate readings, the wooden box has no names on it, the best of this micrometer is the lenght of the handle that is 10" Long and is not easy to find a precision tool like this one with a 10" handle, this tool is MADE IN THE USA by Craftsman, the head works smooth and free , this micrometer had the 1/2' coupling missing but a coupling with the specifided measurements was done to complete the set and it does not loose a .0001 so it's perfect, if you need an inside measurement ,with this hadle you'll get there easily. no rust ,pieces are clean. see the pictures and be the judge.
