New Mechanical Pit Leveler by MII Equipment Size of leveler is 6' Wide x 6' Long The H-MD Series Dock Levelers Provides a 25'000 pounds capacity. Unit is equiped with a 16" lip, dual 60,000 pound safety legs which provides additional strength and support. Deck and lip are constructed with 55'000 pound minimun yield steel tread plate. Lip keepers serve as night locks for security and safe cross traffic support when unit is in the stored position. Stanard 4.5" dock bumpers and grease fittings on lip hinge are provided with each leveler. * Operating range 12" above and 12" below dock * Fully mechanical, single-handed pull-chain operation - no lifting or straining * Two heavy duty bumpers, a maintenance strut and working range toe guards are standard Solid steel strucural "C" channel offers matchless deck support providing a 39% greater resistance to elastic bending moments than other industry designs. A postitive hold down device allows up and down float when in service. 1 year warranty on all parts including strucural members, main springs, and mechanical and miscellaneous parts.
