Tektronix 7623A Storage Oscilloscope Mainframe Tektronix 7623A Storage Oscilloscope Mainframe This Storage Oscilloscope 3 compartment Mainframe has DC to 100MHz bandwidth, 3.5ns rise time, 5ns/div fastest calibrated sweep rate, 135cm/s stored writing speed, Multimode storage. It is used with the 7000-series modules that are not included. The unit works but I have no modules to test it with, the trace comes on and it seems to store. These scopes were made until 1990.
