This is a hand made welding cap. It is made of 100% cotton. The cap is reversible with skulls, hearts, and swords on a black back ground on one side and is solid lipstick red on the reverse side. Material has been prewashed to avoid shrinkage. The cap size is 7 3/8 and fits a 23 inch head. The crown measures 6 3/4 inches. The bill is not cardboard and has batting inside for extra firmness. My husband likes shorter bills so this is how I make my caps. The bill measures 2 inches in length at the center.
