Open Frame Crimper with Y516 Die Set (Raychem splices) Utilizing an extensive variety of interchangeable single, double, and triple hexagonal dies these MIL-C-22520 qualified tools can be used to crimp a wide range of MS and proprietary coaxial and triaxial connectors and contacts. Crimping dies are snapped into the tool frame and retained in place by internal spring clips. They may be permanently secured, if desired, by driving a roll pin into the holes provided. The tool frames are equipped with a positive ratchet assembly which controls complete handle movement in both directions. We checked the die set and we GUARANTEE these crimpers will pass calibration.
