It’s a Direct Bolt-on Replacement for Bridgeport 2J head (vari-speed) or J head (step-pulley) or the heads on other Bridgeport-type knee mills. High Precision You Can Count On Our milling spindles are hardened, precision ground and chromed. The spindle is supported by high precision preloaded ABEC-7 (P4) bearings. Spindle runout is within 0.0002â€. Avoid hunting for spare parts. Avoid the downtime and uncertainty of rebuilds. A direct replacement is a straight forward and economical solution. That’s the best testament to the quality of our milling heads. Quill power feeds: 0.0016â€, 0.0032â€, 0.0059â€/rev Power requirement: 220 volt, 3 phase (220V is the default, please notify us if 440V is needed) The milling head gross weight is 400 lbs, net weight is about 250 lbs.
