Electronic Ground Static Sensor (unit is amber when sitting on table, when picked up or held and your feet are grounded it goes green. Take your foot off the ground and it lets you know there is Possible Danger. This was used to test safety foot ware. Another use would be in the IT field, the plate that is included will discharge any static from your body.
