* A Ludlum model 177 radiation count rate-meter. Cosmetically, it has the scratches and paint chips that you would expect to see on a piece of used equipment. The chasis C style connector seems to be pointing an odd direction, but the unit still functions. There doesn’t appear to be any corrosion in the battery compartment. The unit powers on and gives a response when connected to a Ludlum Pancake GM and exposed to a radiation check source (Cs-137). * An Eberline model HP-270 energy compensated GM detector. It detects beta- and gamma-radiation. When connected to the count rate-meter and exposed to a radiation check source (Cs-137), the rate-meter registers a response. * A "BNC" to "C" style adapter. The part number written on it is: UG-635/U. *Either a standard Ludlum "C to C" cable (not included), or a non-standard cable with a "C" connector on one end and a "BNC" connector on the other (not included) will be needed to connect the HP-270 to the model 177. * Although it's not shown, a 120V power cord is included.
