MFG Description on a new item for your refernce: Nikken's NX HiSpinnersâ„¢ increase your tooling RPMs up to 5 times faster (up to 20,000 RPM), enabling you to reduce your cycle times and per-piece costs with your current machines. They turn your standard machining center into a high-speed machining center. The gears are finish ground with Nikken's original Fluid-Dynamic Grinding Process, which contributes to the HiSpinnersâ„¢ quiet operation and long life. Using a special synthetic lubricant, and a specially designed cooling jacket, HiSpinnersâ„¢ maintain a comfortable operating temperature without the need of forced air or coolants. Nikken's NK HiSpinnersâ„¢ utilize precision SK Collets, maintaining a runout accuracy of less than 10 microns at 4XD. Runout accuracy is further improved by using Nikken's patented TiN coated bearing nut. HiSpinners do not require the need for messy coolants, making them ideal for working with woods, plastics, graphite, and most non-ferrous materials.
