Standard Magnetic Standard Centering The Standard Magnetic Standard Centering with its one piece "Y" shaped body is designed to establish and mark a centerline at any angle around the circumference (inside or outside) on a pipe or tank. Use it as a protractor level, or remove and use the hardened center punch for other marking jobs. The easy to replace 360 degree vial makes it a snap to repair.
