This Ruska Precision Pneumatic Calibrator is rugged enough for field use but, accurate enough for bench use. Unit is clean and doesn’t have a lot of gouge marks that would indicate abuse during its’ past. This Ruska calibrator has a Penwalt / Wallace & Tiernan Hi Performance 1500 Series gauge at the heart of the unit. Coupled with a Ruska Manufactured Precision Vernier Pressure Regulator it becomes a very accurate calibrator. Calibrators like this are used in industrial applications, aviation component calibrations and military cal lab component calibration applications. STANDARD 1500 GAUGE SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Accuracy: 0.066% of full scale 2. Range: 0 to 125 Inches of Water 3. Repeatability: 0.03% of full scale 4. Sensitivity: 0.01% of full scale 5. Hysteresis: 0.1% of full scale for ranges of 150 psi and below 6. Maximum temperature effect: 0.1% of full scale per 10°C/50°F change from 23°C/73.4°F 7. Scale length: Approx. 45" through 2 pointer revolutions 9. Pressure element volume: Ranges 150 psi and below: 6.9 cc with pointer at zero; 8.6 cc, at full scale 10. Case pressure: Cases are open to atmosphere 11. Case connections: 150 psi and below, ⅛ In. female NPT. Built in stainless steel filter is located in the bottom of the case. 12. Case construction: Anodized aluminum with tempered-glass dial cover; flush mounted by three screws through the bezel 13. Zero adjustment: The zero-adjusting screw is accessible through both the front and the back of the case 1. Range: 0-125 Inches of Water Column 2.
